New look and new tools

I am pleased to share the good news with you. It took awhile, but I finally committed to the new logo for Investment Riches and we changed the page layout as well. The new look has been very well received and the staff has found humor in the pain it has caused me!

As for the new tools, we have modified some of the City Profiles and we've added a new feature with testimonials. We now have testimonials on most key pages like the Property Search that are directly related to member experiences with the feature.

i hope you enjoy the new look. There's more to come next week when we launch the new log in page for the Community.

Only the hardcore investors remain

I expected a drop in our traffic this week. And as you may expect it fell quite substantially. But the hidden gem is that those that remain are the hardcore investors. They are the ones every real estate professional wants to know. They are the ones that find the great deal at 4:55 pm on New Year's Eve. It is the most amazing thing to see these investors digging around in the IR Community looking for yet another deal.

Thank you very much - you hardcore real estate investors that can't even find time over the Christmas holiday to take a little break. Thank you for making the Community truly one of a kind.

It's time for investors...

I began creating Investment Riches nearly 3 years ago. With 10 years as a mortgage banker and far too many years as a student, I felt it was time for investors to have a place they can call home. And thus, the IR Community was born. It's time for real estate investors - the true investors that pursue the craft as a profession - to have their say about the current state of affairs in the real estate space.
